Moving home, moving town and moving church! If you’re a new student moving to Bedford or already been here a year or two, we’d love to welcome you to Grace!

We offer a warm welcome, great Bible teaching, friendly faces and hospitality.

New to the town?

Moving to a new town and a new home can be complicated and scary and we want to make this important transition and care free as possible!

So we’re here to help! Whether it be lifts from the train station, information on the town, or help unpacking in your new house or flat, we’d love to be of assistance. We are always able to help with lifts to the Sunday services and there are many people in the church who would love to provide you with a break from student meals!

Don’t hesitate to get in touch on 01234 851 508 or by email –

Need a lift?
We have a transport rota with dozens of willing volunteers who would love to give you a lift to church on Sunday. Please call us on 01234 851508 or email via the 'Get in touch' section
Got questions?
The student years are full of challenges and opportunities, navigating them can be quite daunting! If you need help or advice with anything, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also be confronted with all sorts of choices, some good, some less so – and of course, the big questions of life. How will you answer them, how can we know…
Want to chat?
We realise that student days are not necessarily a bed of roses. If you need to speak to one of our pastoral team, please give us a call on 01234 851508 or via the 'Get in touch' section.

Hi, my name’s Dan, I‘m a student, currently in my final year of a Sports Science degree at the University of Bedfordshire. The church is really supportive of the local University Christian Union in Bedford. As students it has been great to get to know so many local people who have really made us feel welcome in the town – who say’s there’s no such thing as a free lunch!
