HOW WE’RE FUNDED / FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT / GIVING TO GRACE

Grace is funded entirely by the voluntary giving of people who consider this their church family.

If you’re visiting or just exploring, there is absolutely no expectation for you to give. We’re simply glad you’re here.

Why people give

For those who call Grace their home, giving is a way of supporting the life of the church and being part of what God is doing here. That includes:

  • running Sunday services and midweek groups

  • supporting children, youth and families

  • serving the local community

  • caring for those in need

For many, giving is also a personal response to God’s generosity – an expression of gratitude rather than obligation.

Our finances are overseen by a team led by Mo Kanayah, If you have any questions, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

We take the handling of finances seriously and aim to be transparent and responsible in all we do.

GIVING TO GRACE

If you would like to give to Grace, there are a few simple ways to do so:

The easiest way to give is online via our secure giving platform, Love Giving

  • You can set up a regular gift through your bank:

  • You can give during our Sunday services using the cashless card machine at the back of the church - just select a desired amount and ‘tap’.

  • If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows us to increase your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you.

    Boost your donation by 25p of gift aid for every £1 you donate.

    As a UK registered charity, the Church benefits from Gift Aid. Nearly all our regular donors fill out a Gift Aid Declaration which enables us to add another 25% on top of your giving by claiming the tax back from the UK government.

  • Some people choose to support the future of Grace by leaving a gift in their will. This can make a lasting difference to the work of the church for years to come.
