GROUPS FOR YOUTH

Our youth groups are places where young people can have fun, build friendships, be themselves and explore the Christian faith in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Across the week, there are opportunities for games, activities, discussion, food, Bible teaching and hanging out together – with groups designed for different ages and stages.

Whether someone has grown up around church or is completely new to it, we want Grace Youth to be a place where young people feel known, valued and supported as they navigate some of the big questions of life and faith together.

Years 7 – 9 (Ages 11 – 14)

Fridays / 7:00–8:15pm – Project 229

Our Mayhem Youth Club & Hangout is high-energy, action-packed and loads of fun.

Our programme regularly includes favourites such as:

  • chip-shop crawls

  • glow-in-the-dark nights

  • nerf battles

  • giant Cluedo

  • wide games

  • paint wars & pizza

  • active games and creative activities

Each evening also includes tasty tuck and the chance to explore some of life’s bigger questions as we look at the Bible together.

  • Cost: Donation of £2 per week (or pay for a whole term upfront: £20)

Years 10 – 13 (Ages 14 – 18)

Events throughout the year

Havoc is about hanging-out, having fun and connecting with other teens!

Across the year there are various events and socials combining games, chat, banter, snacks and opportunities to explore the Bible together in a relaxed and informal setting.

It’s a great space for older teenagers to build friendships, connect with others and explore faith honestly together.

Havoc Small Groups are a chance for older teenagers to meet midweek in smaller groups, hang out together and dig a bit deeper into the Bible and Christian faith.

These groups create space for discussion, questions, friendship and support in a more relaxed home environment.

We take the care and safety of children seriously.

  • We aim to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for every child

If you have any questions, specific needs, or would like to talk to someone before coming along, we’d be very happy to help.

Parental Consent – Please complete a form for any NEW child attending our groups. This is important for safety, safeguarding, proper care and communication.

Safeguarding – All staff and volunteers involved in children’s work are DBS checked and receive regular safeguarding training. For more information, or to raise a concern, please visit our Safeguarding page.
