Grace is led by a team of staff and volunteer leaders who work together to care for the church and serve the wider community.

Grace is supported by many people who give their time and energy to serve the church.

Alongside that, we have a dedicated staff team who help lead, organise and support different areas of church life.

Lead Pastor

ELDERS

At Grace, the church is led by a team of elders.

Also known as pastors or overseers, they provide spiritual leadership, teaching, and care for the church. They seek to follow Jesus, who is the ultimate leader and head of the church, and take responsibility for guiding and shepherding the church family.

We understand the Bible to teach that this role is carried out by men who meet the character and leadership qualities described in passages such as 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. As a team, they aim to lead with humility, integrity and a heart to serve.

Deacons are appointed to serve the church in practical ways, helping support different areas of church life and care for those in need.

They play an important role in enabling the church to function well and serve others effectively.
